The town has just completed the digging of a 10 inch flowing artesian well, which will giye ys a daijy capacity of about 150V000 gallons. An ordinance has been recently passed allowing all property owners t,o cminect with the public sewers free of charge of any tapping fee, and to connect with the water mains a tapping fee of $6,00 in advance will be charged for each connection. All C- i nections and tappings to be done n accordance with said ordinance. \No work to be done before a proper license has been issued. Meters, curb cocks, corporation cocks, etc, to be furnished by the town at cost plus a 10 per cent commission. All material and work to be approved by the engineer inspector. A campaign is on to have a general "clean up," and the Civic League which can always be depended upon will do their part.
