egg; l/t cup milk; 2 cups pastry Hour;
A level teaspoons baking powder; teaspoon
salt; % teaspoon almond extract.
Sliced preserved or fresh peaches.
Cream Cottoleive, add sugar gradually,
then egg well-beaten. Sift together
Hour, baking powder and salt; add to first
mixture alternately with milk. Add extract
and l>eat thoroughly. Bake in shallow
pan. Cut in squares, pile with sliced
, peaches and sugar, and serve with hot
sauce or cream.
