IK re follows this week's instalment of the men registered
on June 5th, 1017 for military service form Horry County,
This issue begins with order number 1691. A total of
2387 men were registered on June 5th in Hory County, between
the ages of twenty-one and thirty years. We are publishing
the entire list registerd in Horry County by running
instalments from week to week until the whole list of names
has been published.
You can have a complete list of the registered men of
this County by taking care of our issues of Aug, 2nd, Aug.
16th, Aug. 23rd, Aug. 30th, and this issue which is Spt. 6th,
1 and the issues from now on containing the instalments until
the list is finished. It is likely that our issue of next week,
September 13th will contain the last instalment of this list
of registered men.
The first 4(5(5 men were called for examination on Aug".
13th, 14th, and 15th. No one knows when more will be called
from this list. It is thought however that it will not be before
some time in 1918,
