rivers, near her, the federal
board, which is to recommend location
of the plant, left tonight for
Birmingham. The board, consisting
of Secretaries Baker, Houston and
Lane, and a number of army offiofficers,
will take up the question af
Alabama sites tomorrow at Birmingham.
