Washington.?Prospects of an extra session of congress soon seems strong. Members of congress generally *>ow look for an extra session to be called not later than June as a result of hints said to have been thrown out by officials close to President Wilson. In addition, there are other measures that the administration regiv tied as almost imperative which failed to pass. They included amendments to the shipping and federal reserva laws, legislation to strengthen the Adamson law, conservation, foreign selling combinations and enlarg ment of the interstate commerce co.n missing.
