Lately there has been some friction

which r^oplies the large wooden tank j
belonging to the court house and jail j

and thus avoid running out when the
court house system was out of order.
The trouble about the water fron;
the big tank is that it is pumped up
out of the lake and is not clean, having
been condemned by members of
the board of health on various oc- c
casions as not being fit to even wash
in let alone drinking purposes. The
water supplied by the ram at the (
county jail comes from an artesian
well and is regarded as being as pure
as any water in this section can be. \,
It is stated that when the Towh of
ConWay completes its sewer and water
works plant by means of the *
bonds now being issued, that then
the supply of water from this new
source will be as good as any and ^
will cost less than it does to pump it |
new with the ram.

At this time of the year during

LIFT YOUR CORNS
OFF WITH FINGERS
Tells how to loosen a tender
corn or callus so it lifts
out without pain.
You reckless men and women who
are pestered with corns and who have
at least once a week invited an awful
death from lockjaw 01* blood poison
are now told by a Cincinnati authority
to use a drug called freezone,
which the moment a few drops are
applied to any com or callus the sore
noss is relieved and soon the entire
;orn or callus, mot and all, lifts oft
*ith the finders.
Freezone dries the moment it is
applied, and simply shrivels the com
>r callus without inflaming or even
rritating the surrounding tissue or
diin. A small bottle of freezone will
:ost very little at any of the drug
?tores, but will positively rid one*9
feet of every hard or soft corn or
lardened callus. If your druggist
wasn't any freezone he can get it at
any wholesale drug house for you.?
