The bad weather of December had
a noticeable bad effect on the sandclay
roads in many places throughout
this county. The ease with whicl
the rains put some sections out ol '
business, shows that the builders <
lacked the proportions in mixing the
clay and the sand. If properly mixed
sand and clay makes a road almost
as hard as brick, and it will

CALOMEL SALIVATES
AND MAKES YDS! SICK
Acts like dynamite on a sluggish
liver and you lose a
day's work.
There's no reason) >Vhy a person
should take sickening, salivating calomel
when 50 cents buys a large
bottle of Dodson's Liver Tone?a
perfect substitute for calomel.
It is a pieasunt, vegetable liquid
which will start your liver just as
surely as calomel, but it doesn't
make you sick and can not salivate.
Children anil grown folks can take
Dodson's Liver Tone, because it is
perfectly harmless.
Calomel is a dangerous drug It
is mercury and attacks your bones
Take a dose of nasty calomel today
md you will feel weak, sick and nauseated
tomorrow. Don't lose a day's
work. Take a spoonful of Dodson's
Liver Tone instead and you will
wake up feeling great. No more
jiliousness, constipation, sluggishless,
headache, coated tongue or
