WAS ORDERED
In the appeal case last week bcfor<
the court from the default judgment
rendered in the magistrate court in
the case of J. D. Montgomery against
George J. Holliday, a new trial was
ordered after hearing the affidavit
made by the defendant showing a reasonable
excuse for the non-appearance
of the defendant for trial at the
time stated in the summons.

at Murrell's Inlet while the couft was
in session last week, going down by
automobile in the late afternoon and
