been chosen Headmaster of the Horry
Industrial School. His work there
during the past year has been excellent,
and now that he has been placed
in full charge o* the school, the success
of the institution is assurred. 1
congratulate Horry County upon the
fact that he has been retained in a position
of such large usefulness.
^ Prof. Glaze and 1 were fellow students
for four years in College, and
there he was one of our most capable
leaders. He and his accomplished
wife will do a great deal for Horry

Last work the small fire proof build
ing in rear of the town hall was altered
and enlarged in order to make
room for the ladders and wagon Ih.at
