Mrs. Eliza Ann (West) Stalvey in
the Socastee section of Horry County
June 28, 1838. She was the

Methodist Church when she was converted
in childhood, and she remain\
faithful member there until her
leath. In January 1865 she was,

OBITUARY.
On April 6^h, the death angel visited
the home of Mr J B. Singh tin,
a well known farmer and merchant
of near Conway, S. C., and took
away bi9 mother, after a short ill.
ness of four weeks. She was a member
of the Baptist Church of Conway
for several years and leaves a good
record behind her in the Christian
work for her God. She was eighty
four years old and leaves one son,
and, one daughter and one grand
child, and a host of friends and relatives
to mourn the loss. She vas
burried at Juniper Bay Church cn
the following day.
