Th } ne v year of 11)14 will soon
make its advent in tho history of
C mway. Ju.-.t before tho clo"e of
tho present year it is interesting to
note t io growth thai t ie county has
made iu the course of the old year
o 1D13.
Within the past twelvo months,
that, is from tho latter part of 11)12
to the latte r part of the present
year, a^ many as six new ^tjres and
shops ha\e been linished and clfored
for rrntiu tho business portion cf
tho town. At this tim ' tiiev are ah
occupied by business men who are
evidently doing vv 11 in their respective
lines of business Besides ah
this there were older stands wbich
had not been occupied regularly, but
for the past year they have not suffered
for teuauts, so that practically
every business stand iu Conway
that is lit for occupancy has been
occupied this year and Conway has
certainly transacted an increased
amount of business.

those who have 1 ouses to rent have
found no difficulty in renting them
regularly. There is not a vacant
house in the town, has been the remark
of many pdople almost through

All of tbis means progress and daveiopmen\
The population of the
city is increasing w to every passing
year. The new year which will soon
be in, holds forth great promises in
the growth and progress of Conway.
