Misses Sallie Strickland and I3earico Graham was out driving remtly Bay liabbit. OBITUARY Mrs Louarkie flollingsworth iardwick) Lewis was born at Gallants Ferry, S. C., July 3, 1831. In irlhood she joined the Methodist tfl hurcb, ana lived a faithful chris- ng an life to tho end, In 1854 she ap as marrieu to Mr Isaac T. Lewis yc f tbo frame community, and shortly gc [tor moved to Conway, S. C., where as ie continued to reside the remain- ? sr of her life. Ten children were orn to them, five of whcm still Q ve: Mrs Sara A Dusenbury, Thorn i S Lewis, Mrs Julia R Sessions, red B. Lewis of Conway, aud Mrs !ary E Dorman of Adrian, S, 0# he children who are dead are: eorgo W, Brookman, Minnie, Hat e, and Lillie G. Mrs Lewis has son 45 grandchildren, and 39 great randchildreu, a total of 94 descend- flr 3ts, Mr Lewis passed away in 182. For the la&t two or three jars Mrs Lewis had been quite foee. She went quietly to her heayen home on May 10, 1913 at the home her son, Mr j?red B. Lewis at ouwav.
