James Tindal aud Billy Collins were
cutting saw legs, Tboy cut. a largo
tree that lodged, and while cutting
the tree on which it was lodged, it
broke loose and fell in a different di

and James was struck by aldnb aud
instantly killed.
Ho was a son of J. A. Tiudal, a
highly respected oil!z n and farmer
of the Pauley Swamp section.
Jamos was about eighteen, well]
devoloped, strong aud health/, and
above the averago in intelligence
aud energy. He was a dutiful jot]
and ever ready to take an active
part or lend a helping hand to any '
thing that was for the best interest
of the community.
His friendly disposition had made
him very popular. His enemies
were unknown and seemingly there
was a bright future before him.
The bereaved parents have the
sympathy of the en tiro community
in the loss of the jewell of their
home. M

Sunday School and we believe that
he is in the Celestial City, We haled
to give as good a man as Perry
was, but our loss is his eternal
gain. Wo can see his vacant chair
at home and his plow handles emp
ty. We believe he is in Heaven
and some day, sooner or later, we
will have to go to meet brother Per
ry and our God faco to face. Then
we can sing praises to our Savior
who has gone before us to prepare
