Obituary.
I On January the 20th 1013, the
death angel visited the home of Mrs
F A Vaught and carried their
nephew, Utley Floyd to that bright
world above, we foel like our loss is
his eternal gain.
At the age of fourteen he joined ^
the church but did not live a consist-! 1
ent christian. Three weeks before C
the eud came he becamo dissatisfied, %
and his pastor visited him and prayed
with him, and he found Jesus
precious to his soul. His last words
were: Sweet hour of prayer, sweet "
hour of parayer; we think it cruel |
but the lord knows best, and we bow
and say not our will but thine be
done.
He was laid to rest in the Sandy ,
Plain cemetary by the side of his
grandmother who proceeded him
just six weeks. The funeral services
were conducted by his pastor %
