AN ORDINANCE
Requiring Ruiliing Permits, From
Those About to Erect New
Houses.
BEIT ORDAINED by the
Mayor and Wardens of the Town of
Conway In Council Assembled:
1. Tbat any person or corporation
intending to build or I nave
built a house or other crtruettiros
having a roof or to build an addiuon
to such house or strueiutes within
the Town of Conway shall make ap

the discretion ui the Mayor. Each
day's work without a permit shall
be a separate ctTouse.
4. Any person or corporation
contractor or builder who shall in I
violation of this oidinuuce encroach I
upon the streets and Alleys or other
public property of the Town shall
in aildiiion to the penalties for viola
lion of this ordinance be compelled
at their own expense to remove the
obstructions and to repair the said
streets or alleys or other public
property as directed by the Town
Marshall or the Mayor.
5. Ic shail be unlawful for any
owner coneractor builder or work 1
man engaged ih the building or repair
of any struoturo within th-,
Town to close the streets of the
Town to the passage of persous or
vehicles or in any way to endanger i
the life or limb of passersby.
