Harley of Spartanburg, who is Superintendent of the AntiSaloon League in South Carolina Mr. Harley is a very forceful speaker, ind he presents the temperance question in a most interesting manner. We are sure that a large and enthusiastic audience will greet him. Everybody is urged to attend. m Episcopal Minister Changed A letter from the Rfe. Rev W. A. Guerry to his people in Conway says: *'Mr Galbraith has res'gned C mway, and the Rev Percy J.
