By Ordinance of the Town of Con
way, duly ratified on the 10th day
of ?Tanuary, A D 1911, a tax of ten
mills upon the assessed value of all
taxable property within tho said
"own has been levied to meet the
impropriations of the Town uouricu
for expenses of the said town during
the fiscal year beginning October
1, 1912. Those taxes are payable
until the first day of March, A
D 1912. A penalty of fifteen per
cent, of the tax is added after the
first day of March. All taxes and
penalties due and unpaid on the
fifteenth day of March will subject
the property of the taxpayer or person
making the return of property
to execution and sale for the amouut
of said taxes and penalties and the
costs of execution and sale.
