* The death angel visited the home
of Mr and Mrs Wilson Edge, of
Hickory Grove, and took from them
their loving son, Ralph Nesbit Edge
He was born May 9th. 1890, and departed
this life May 13, 1910, makin"
bis sojourn on earth 19 years
and 4 days. He was buried the Sunday
following his death at Hickory
Grove in the presence of a large
gathering of relatives and friends.
The funeral services were conducted
bv the Rev W T Chestnut. He was
sick only a short while before the
end came, Allwasdono that kind
v and loving hands could do but nothing
could prevail aga'nst the disease
and his suffering ended by death
and thai angels bore his spirit
to its eternal home. Oh! how hard
it was to grve him up, out we know
that the Lord giveth and' the Lord
taketh away and' we must bow in
humble submission t) his blessed
