Married at Wolsie.
On the evening of January 12th,
ot the home of the bride's parents,
Mr and Mrs S A. Tindal of this
place, a beau'iful home wedding
was solemn zed when their daughter
Miss Eflfie Mabel, was happily married
to Mr Charlie L. Beverly.
The room was beatifully and artis
tleally decorated with cedar, was
filled with friends and relatives of
the contracting parties who had
been invited to witness the ceremony
.
At about 7 o'clock the attendants
led by Miss Pearlie Tindal with Mr
Doc Beverly, carrying lights enter- j
ed from an adjoiniug apartment,
followed by Miss Ola Beverly with
Mr L M Hardee, Miss Dela Howell
with Mr Dalton Williams, and Miss
Lizzie Graham with Mr Allen Bev
erly. Then approached the bride |
and groom, who, by Magistrate
Needham Smart, in a very brief and
impressive manner were united in
the bonds of holy matrimony. The
bride was pronounced by many the
most beautiful in her life.
Soon after the marriage ceremony
supper was announced and all in
vited, to which, of course, we responded
aud found a spacious table
heavily laden with so many good
thingsof which we were able to only
partially relieve it.
The popularity of the newly wed
ded couple was best shown by the
numerous congratulations which
were tendered them
Both are of this section. The
bride is a beautiful and accomplished
young ladv of rare qualtities and
has many friends who wish her a
long and happv life The groom,
who is a prominent young man ol
sterling good quallities is to be congratulated
on winning the heart and
hand of such an admirable young
lady.
They will reside in the new bomt
of the groom here. Wanderer.
