Appointed Field Agent of Audubon
Society of Nation.
Winnsboro, August 10th.?It will
be of interest to the people of the
State to learn that Mr James Henry
ttice, Jr., secretary of the State Auiubon
Society, has been notified of
his appointment as field agent of
the national organization by Mr T
Clilbert Pearson, secretary.
The appointment is made for a
period of five months, commencing ^
the 1st day of August. This position
is quite an honor for Mr Rice,
for it means that he is the only field
agent of the National Audubon Society
in the South, ?
