Under and by virtue of a certain
chattel mortgage executed and delivered
to W. Boyd Jones, as mortgagee
by E. J. Tyler, as mortgagor,
dated the 2nd day of March, A. D.
1909, and filed for record on the 16th
day of March, A. D. 1909, I have
seized and will sell to the highest
bidder for cash, at 11 o'clock in the
forenoon on Saturday, the second
day of April, A. D. 1910, at the
store of the said W. Boyd Jones, at
Justico, South Carolina, the following
described porsonal property, towit:
All and singular all that certain
stock of goods, wares and merchandise
of E. J. Tyler, owned by the
said E. J. Tyler on March 2nd, A.
D. 1909, and all additions and accretions
thereafter made to the said
stock from time to time in the
course of business and trade, and
until lately contained and being in
that certain store house occupied
by E. J. Tyler as a place of business
at Blanche, South Carolina,
also all store furniture and fixtures
at that time or since contained in
said store, and used in said business,
also all and singular all household
and kitchen furniture of E. J,
Tyler of every kind and description,
consisting in part of three oak bedsteads,
worth #10 00, three cotton
mattresses, worth #12 00, two cotton
mattresses, worth #10 00, one
cook stovo worth #16 00, six feather
pillows, worth #10 00, and divers
other goods and chattels now owned
or controlled by E. J. Tyler; all of
the aforesaid described property
having been seized by tho undersigned
on the 11th day of March A,
