Way, lie Id secretary of the International Sunday School Association of the State, has sent me a statement of the amount clue on our pledge, to the Slate work, showing that one hundred dollars is due on October l>t. He says wo l>*ul a game on last Friday but we don't know the date as he doesn't give any and he is sure mistaken in the day for we have never had a game on said day. Friday, September 3rd the Tilly Swamp team went to the Saioin diamond for a game that afternoon but evidently we did not have the game and will explain to Mr Watts why through your piper if lie wishes us to. Again he says we haye had three games this season and he is again mistaken or at least the Tilly Swamp hoys don't know anything about but two. The Salem boys were successful in the tirslgame, the score being -4 to 3, while the Tilly Swamp boys were successful in the second game which was the last one. The .score was & to 3.
