with Stanley's efforts to establish
a cotton seed oil mill in Horry.
Stanley is a practical farmer, and
it seems that he is in the fight to
help the class of people who really
need and should have assistance as
the farmers are the backbone of the
world We suppose the plant will
probably be located at Loris or
, Conwav. Loris is a coming town,
| and has many advantages including
, one of the best schools in the county.
