A Double Wcddlnjur

10th, 1000, at the residence of Mr
and Mrs D. J. Stevens near Eldorado,
their two charming daughters,
Miss Martha and Miss Mary were
happily married, Miss Martha being
married to Mr Folio Powell and Miss
Mary to Mr Louis Royals. The attendants

After the ceremony, which was
performed by the Rev j. T. Todd,
all repaired to the dining room
whore the tables were heavily laden
with many good things to satisfy
the taste. The time passed off very
pleasantly and all seemed to enjoy
themselves very much.
On the day following the latter
bride and groom left on the afternoon
train for Alabama where they
will maue their future home.

The cose of Noah Johnson vs J. T.
Todd was call for trial before mag
istrate Newton Sweet last Tuesday
morning, but the case was continued
until that day two weeks on account
of the illness in Mr Todd's
family. One of the principal witnesses
was also ill, and this was additional
ground for putting off the
case.
