A deal is said to have been
brought off between the owners of
the Kingston Hotel and Mr. W M
Shockley, of Warsaw. N C., whereby
the latter becomes the lessee of the
property, Mr Schockly comes to
Conway highly recommended as a
first class hotelkeeper, having had
wide and varied experience in this
business, and it is his purpose tc
make the Kingston one of the lead
ing hotels of the State. The new
management will take charge the
1st of February. It is not said what
