We don't need the stock law in
Horry county. In answer to Mr
White 1 will say that he had better
stay right where he is because
we don't need a man around Shell
like that.
Cor says 1 am in a Shell and
he wants me to stay in it. 1(1 an.
in a Shell it is a shell of a good
fence and 1 oxpect to stay in such
a shell as that and never vote for
the stock law. Mr White can go
ahead and make a good shell for
himself so he can be in such a shell
as 1 am in. Answer.

O BITUAHY.
The Lord giveth and the Lord
taketh away. On September l()t.h,
1008, Frostie, the little six year old
girl of Mr and Mrs John McNeill
died, having beeu horribly burned
the morning before. Everything
that could bo done, was done to relieve
her, but the flames had done
their cruel work.
She was a very good little girl
and was loved by all who knew her.
We sympathize withe th bereaved
ones. It is hard to part from such a
sweet little girl like this but truly
she is better otT with Jesus than
with us
May wo all bo ready when the
Lord calls us as she was.

Kidney Troubles May be Sapping

pie Have Learned This Pact.
When a healthy man or woman
begins to run down without apparent
cause, becomes weak, languid,
depressed, sulTors backache, headache,
dizzy spells and urinary disorders,
look to the kidneys for the cause
of it all. Keep the kidneys well and
they will keep you well. Doan's
Kidney Pills cure s?ick kidneys and
keep them well. Here is Con way's
testimony to prove it.
Mrs W M Parker, living in Conway,

I have been suffering from a dull
hanging backache and had distressing
paths through my loins. 1 could
hardis turn over in bed at. night
and during the day found it very
difficult to get about the house
JI 1 attempted to stop or lift anything
a sharp gnawing knife like pain
through my back which made me

box of Doan't Kidney Pills, procured
at the Norton Drug Co., and
they quickly benefited the backache.
The secretions are now regular and

MOVING ON FRIDAY.
Tliero SecniN to lie n I.ot of Siiiicrntllion
About It.
'Friday is n kind of holiday in our
business," said the professional mover.
'There Is a big lot of superstition in
tills matter, and, except In eases of
actual necessity, It is hard to get anybody
to move on Friday. If a few
families that intend to change quarters
soon could only he Induced to put
aside their foolish projudleo against
the sixth day of the week they could
be set up In their new homo with half
flu trouble and inconvenience they will
experience on any other day. 1 have
explained that to many prospective
customers, but the chances are that
niost of them will vote to loin the ni t>
riilhor than tempt bad luek 1 ?y moving
/>n Friday.
"Moat, of our movers dislike Friday
a a much ?m the customer* Whatever
Jobs are assigned to them tbey attend
to, of ctwrso, but every last man in
our employ will be glad ii not a she
gle order was booked for Friday. They
claim that every smasbup tbey llguro
in, every aeeidont to the furniture
through loss or treakage, occurs on a
Friday, so for their own sake they uphold
the customers in their tight
against Friday."- New York Press.
