his own right, and as Administrator
of the estate of Joseph Hegy, deceased,

Hegy Ashley; Grace Hegy Harper,
Viola V. Hegy and Clare May Hegy,
infants above the age of fourteen
years, and Anna Ruth Hegy an infant
under the age of fourteen years,
and NeillO'Donnell and L. E, Fordo,
defendants, I will sell at public auction
to the highest bidder, at the
court house door in the town of Conway,
in the county of IJorry, on
salesday in November 11)08, being
the 2nd day of said month, during
the legal hours of sale, all the right,
title and interest of Josephine Hegy
the tract' of land hereinafter described,
the same being "Ono-haif
interest in all that certain tract.
piece, or parcel of land lying and
being situate in Conway township,
Horry county, South Carolina, containing
thirty acres, more or less,
and bounded as follows: Beginning
at a stake corner of Martha Soudan's
line runuing thence westward
to corner of Maple or "Long Branch,
thence the run of said Long Branch
to corner of Callia Cox's line, thence
said Cox's line back to the beginning
corner, the othor half interest
being owned by the defendant Harry
S. Hegy.
