Do you sunpose it could have anything to do with the Doc Long shortage? Do you have any idea that the persona' reputation behind this impersonal vociferation would suffer if it should appear that Doc Long had enough money ut his death to pay his shortages, but not enough people knew it? There is undoubtedly some rea- , son hidden from me why 1 should be rudely jumped on from ambush when < I was peacefully pursuing my way trying to aid the people of Horry to increase tho efficiency of their county government. What this hidden reason is, I do not know; and ] do i not care to discuss anything but his own identity with tins crawling in- i flnonce until it has given its own proper name. There are a great many in the race for Supervisor, and it is likely some one will be left in the cold, but we hope the voters will turn out and vote for the best men for oflico. I for one think the present Supervisor will do as much for Horry in his position as any one yet. Curing tobacco is in order now, and we hope to get a good price for the weed. "Good news travels fast," and the thousands of bad back sullerors in Conway are glad to learn that prompt relief is within their reach. Many a lame, weak and aching back is bad no more thanks to Doan's Kidney Dills. Our oiti/.ens arc tolling the good news of their experience with the old Quaker remedy. Here is an example worth reading: Mrs II T Harmon, living in Con way, S. C., says: "I suffered severly from a dull aching in my back and loins. My head ached severely, my eyes pained nie and there was a blurring of the oyo sight. My feet and hands bloated badly, the secretions were highly colored and deposited a dark sediment. Mv kidnevs wore so active that! was caused a i, great deal of annoyance by the too frequent action of the secretions at night. I was run down physicially ind nothing seemed to do me any good until I procured Doan's Kidney Pills at the Norton Drug company. The helped me wonderfully and since taking them I am feeling like a dilTerent person. The back ache and pains have all disappeared, my eyesight is good and the bloating has beon eradicated. The secretions are clear and regular, and I can say that Doan's Kidney Pills have helped me more than any remedy I have previously used." For sale by all dealers. Price f>0 cents.
