The idea as explained by him, is to
have a memorial tablet plaeed upon
the walls in the corridor of t he new

Horry soldiers who died in j-crvice
whether on the battle held, in hospi

To the list of names already ap

In fact all veterans are requested In

Mr lb A. Spivey was present and
asked if he could give an y ex plana

for any suggestion as to the proper
course to pursue in order to M.'.cure
these crosses. Mr Spivey explained
that he, as well as the members of
the chapter of IJ. I). C. was very
much mortified at not receiving
these crosses at t he last reunion, as
the whole reunion was gotten up
largely for this purpose much time
and means expended by tin* good
ladies to make it a success. Of
course, as explained, this whole
matter of presenting Crosses belong
with the Daughters. It is u compliment
from them to the old veterans,
and there is nothing left for the up
