Section 7, Article VIII, Constituion
of South Carolina, provides:

taxable property of the town
of Conway is valued for taxation by
the State is $377,250 and 8 per conturn
thereon to-wit: $80,180 is the 3,
total bonded indebtedness wbieh, under
Section 7 of Article VIII of the
Constitution of South Carolina, the 3*

at any time fail or refuse to levy
