Thursday evening at 8, o'clock a ^
large crowd ol people had gathered v
at the home of Mr. and Mrs Geo, ('
\V. Gore to witness the marriage of ^
their daughter, Miss Delia to Mr. t

The couple were happily joined c

The parlor was most tastefully v
decorated with spring's choicest I
flowers. After the ceremony was
performed all wore invited to a 1
table heavily laden with dainties of J
almost every variety to satisfy the 1

distributed refreshments until ail '
were served. Sonic fine music was *
rendered on organ and guitar by the }
young men and Ladies who have certainly

with viands which were enjoyed by '
all present. !
The bride is a charming young :
lady for whom all who know her has '
boundless esteem. Mr. Boyd is a J
hustling farmer and business man.

control of her, and she smashed into a

few crops, unless we should fancy

Sunday. She was accompanied by
a Mr. Anderson.
M. A. Wright of Tabor, N. C.,
was in this section the last of the
week looking for berry pickers.
