Christians and God loving men will

is growing too much influence

Mary A Tyler died on July 4th
90f>. She was taken sick on June

th at about 3 o'clock p m She leaves
hree s/>ns, one daughter and a host
f friends to mourn for her, but we
ope their loss is her etornal gain.

missioners or the Board of Township
Commissioners of those who
have refused or neglected to perform

and recovered under the provisions
of this chapter shall be paid by the
magistrate or constable collecting
the same to the County Treasurer
wherein such lines or forfeitures accrued;
and several overseers shall j
also render an account to the County

of Commissioners at the annual settlement
of all moneys expended and

also all judgments that remain unpaid,
