Be it Ordained by the Intendent
and Wardens of the town of Conway
in Council assembled.
First: That each and every person
residing within the corporate
limits of the town of Conway or
working within said town not having
had small pox and not having
been successfully vaccinated within
oue year last past, be and hereby is
and are required to be immediately
vaccinated; and that persons and
guardians be and are hereby lvquir
ed to have their children and wards
immediately so vaccinated, and that
all such persons, parents and guardians
furnish to the Health Ollicials
of said tewn evidence of the same
satisfactory to said oflicials
Second: That any person failing
to obey tho foregoing requirements
or either of them shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction, shall be punished by line
of not less than one dollar or be; imprisoned
for not exceeding thirty
(lays, provided the Intendent may in
