trespass, in which II. S Johnson
was prosecutor, the defendant was
bound over to court.
On Wida\ an investigation was
had in the case of the State vs Cor
noi'ous Causey for obstructing a
public way. and the ease dismissed.
J. T. Todd was prosecutor in the
last mentioned case.

There was an entertainment given
by the Outlook Club last Friday eve

school building.
