Our Mr. A. C. Thompson will be on the northern markets for the next two weeks picking up bargains for Conway Bargain House. Cadet, Clarence Norton, has been appointed corporal in Company "E" in the cadet corps at Clcmson Co* lege. J. W. Edwards, one of our tobacco planters, was in town recently marketing some of his crop at the Horry Warehouse. Messrs. Bethea and Sherwood of Dillon, arrived here last week to visit their cousin, Hon. Fair Bluff tobacco market has a corps of as good buyers as can be found on any market. They must have tobacco and they will pay the top of their limit. Bring us tho tobacco and join the band of the wealthy. Anderson & Thomas. The school trustees of the county are urged to attend the trustees meeting which takes place here next Saturday Sept- 7th.
