The Prof, has an experience of over twenty years in teaching young ideas how to sing, and we presume is thoroughly competent and capable. There is some musical taleut among our youug people and the demands of the times require its development. Good singing contributes largely to successful worship. The effects of a good sermon is partially destroyed by bad or indifferent music. Music properly rendered prepares a preacher to do his l>eHt?
