‘grand Free Conference’ proposed by
the General Council. This is wise
upou your part. Await develop
menta. If any of our men are anx

task severely, but we are determined
if we can not hare the real thing, to

be wholly unable to do anything

“So you nee I can’t be relied on at
all. Now after a week yet, I will

It is to be regretle«J that the depot
at Salisbury, North Carolina, in ao
far from the town, that travelers do
not see what a beautiful place it la.
if batter known it would no doabt
become a favorite resort for lava-
lid*. .Salisbury has wide streets,
handsome building*, improved gar
dens brilliant with flowers, a large
and well kept hotel, the atmosphere
ia singularly pare and reviving, and
the oarroanding country in pfetu-
•que. The only thing we found

which had been lately metalled with
