cieties, and schools are among the
larger adorning*; but the little flow
era that are intermingled thickly
upon it, giving it superior beauty,
are the Itoma. They are the nation’s
nurseries and happy abiding piaeea.

workers, its life.
Are these homes all they should
be 1 Are they as pleasant 1 The
answer is foundTu the crowds of the

deserted country homes—the many

Our young inert are deserting the

and neatness reign about your dwel
ling, making if look more like a home

also, let beauty and neatness dwell.
Pictures and ornaments, that need
not be costly, may be had. l)o not
live in the back or darkest part of
the house, reserving the sunniest for
occasional company. In this snnny
world let us live in heaven’s free
light and snnshine. Let music
abound in your family. Hay not,
