All male persons living within the
corporate limits of cities or towns,
students attending any college or
cshool of the State, Ministers in charge
of retcular congregations, teachers em
ployed in public school*, school trus
tees (luring their term of office, per
sons permanently disabled and those
actually engaged in the quarantine
service of the state are exempt from
the payment of road lax. All male
persons between the ages of 18 and 60
years are required t? pay said road tax
or work not less than six days during
the year.

furnished upon application.
