As was expected, Camden took
the lust jrame fro in Manning on
Wednesday by a score of 11 to 3
which gave us three straights
from that unlucky team. Orange
burg showed up alright on Thurs
day, but rain prevented the game
on that day and Friday. On
Saturday however, Camden ad
ded to her laurels ,by walking
off with the game by a score of
5 to 3.
The seance with Sumter re
sulted in a sweeping victory for
the Camden team on Monday,
the^score being (> to 1 .
The game on Tuesday was very
fine, resulting in a score of 4 to
2 in favor of Sumter. We can
not give the result of Wednes
day's game as we always go to
press at 12 o'clock on that day.
We did not get a ticket to the
smoker given by the commercial
club on Monday night in honor
of the visitors, but hear that it
was well attended and much en
joyed.
