The turn of Buffalo township therefore may not yet have beet* reached. We roust say that We are not much impressed w?th the rule. It strikes us that if each town ship was given six weeks at a time better results would be at tained, varying the time accord ? ing to the state or tho weather, the work required, and tlieq'iol ty of soil to be worked. For in stance, some roads cannot bp worked in wet weather while others can, and vie? versa.
