worthy young men of this town, died
late Saturday afternoon after a severe *
attack of typhoid fever, which was
contracted at Kooxville, Tenn., i
where he was an inspector for the
Southern Railway company. lie had c
only recently been transferred to that
division, from the Columbia and y
Augusta lino, where he was well
known and popular.
Mr. Karre was just :t0 years old and
was the eldest child of Mr. and Mrs.
Walter W. Harre of this place and a 1
brother of Prof. 11.^\V. Harre of Clem
son college.
The funeral services were conducted
