OBITUARY
Died at New Brookland S C Sept
I 17, 1918, William Elbert Black age
I 82 years and S days. He leaver, to
; mourn his loss a wife, 5 children, 1G
grand children. ."> sisters and one
I brother, besides a host of relatives
j and friends. One daughter and 7
j grandchildren having preceded him
, some years ago.
June 17, 1872 he married Caledona i
! Elizabeth Eubanks of Douglasville, I
Ga., wlio mourns the loss of her life
long- devoted companion.
The children that survive are the
following.

M. R Shealy, Lexington, Mrs. H H
Rucker and Mrs Robt Price of-Colum
bia. May God's richest blessings
rest upon the family in this hour of
grief.

In Memory of our Dear Little Darling
William Raymond, infant son of
Mr. and Mrs W T Quick, was born
August 3rd 1918, and departed his
dear little life August 26th 19IS, mak
ing his stay on earth only three weeks
and two days. He leaves to mourn
his deparure father, mother one brother
and one sister, and many relatives
and friends. His little body was
tenderly laid to rest at Salem metho- J
dist church. Funeral services were
conducted by the pastor Rev. Lupo.
He is gone but not forgotten. He
was a dear lfttle flower planted .on
earth to bloom, but God thought it
best to take him home to live with
him. Oh how we loved our little dar
ling no pin can write no tongue can
tell.
