Mike Harman died at his home on North Main street at 10 o'clock: Monday night, following an illness j of several weeks' duration, the imme diate cause of death being heart failure. He was 45 years of age, and the oldest son of G. M. Harman, edi-| tor of the Lexington Dispatch-News. Receiving! bo benefit, however, the condition of the man being beyond the aid of hu man skill, he was brought back home He was in apparenty good spirits up to a short time before his death, the end coming while sitting in a chair in the hallway of his home. The funeral was conducted from the home at 5 o'clock Tuesday after noon, the Rev. Foster Speer, pastor' if of Saint John's Methodist church, of- 5 ficiating, after which the body was laid to rest in the family nlot in Saint Stephen's cemetery. , Besides his father, G. M. Harman, the deceased is survived by his wife who was Miss Blondelle Meetze before her marriage; one brother, Dr. Rice B. Harman, head of the Harmon Druer Company, and three sisters. Mrs J. C. Sheppard, Mrs: M. G: Sarratt, and Miss Vinnie Harman, all of Lexington.
