Cranberry Apricot Relish Quick Holiday Supper
package lemon-fiavored 2 tablespoons olive or salad oil. .
gelatin 1 clove garlic " I >
to 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup chopped onions

cup apricot juice and water 1V4 cups pkgd. pre-cocked rice ^ L
teaspoons lemon juice 1% cups diced leftover roast
cups fresh-cranberries, ground turkey

apricots > 2 cups turkey brotb
Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt Heat olive oil in * saucepan*
i hot water. Add apricot juice Add garlic and onions and sauce

slightly thickened. Fold in Uc* Add salt, popper, rice, turkey ranberries
and apricots. Turn in
