Andy Wright, last to be freed
in the notorious Sctoorboro case,

( was arrested in Albany, N. Y.,
last week, will handle his legal
, defense, it was announced today
by ThUrgood Marshall, special
counsel. The case comes up for
- preliminary hearing today in Al
bany.
Mr. Marshall said that a report
given the NAACP by.private
detectives who have been
working on the case since the
arrest has coiwirvoed NAACP
attorneys of Wright's innocence.
"For this reason and the additional
