"I^OTICE is hereby given, that in conformity to the provisions of the Charter ot this Corporation and a Resolution of the Stockholders adopted at their last Aunu&l Meeting, it has been determined to extend the amount of the Capital Stock of this Bink to a further sum of TWO MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, or Twenty Thousund Shares at One Hundred Dollars each Share.
