A Bilious Attack.
1 1
When you have a bilious attack
your liver fails to perform its func
tions. You become constipated. Ttyo
food you eat ferments in your stom
ach instead of digesting. This in
flames the stomach and causes nau
sea, vomiting and n terrible hend-
ache. Take Chamberlain* Tablets.
They will tone up j-our livnr, clean
out your stomach and you will soon
be a* well as ever. They only cost
a quarter.

Starts Your Liver Without Making
You Sick and Caa Not
Salivate.
Every druggist in town—your
druggist and everybody’s druggist
has noticed a great falling off in
the sale of calomel. They all give
the same reason. Dodson’s Liver
Tone is taking its place.
‘’Calomel is dangerous and people
know it. while Dodson’s Liver Tono
is perfectly safe and gives better
results." said a prominent local
dnigplst Dodson’s Liver Tone is
personally guaraateed bv every drug
gist who sells it. A large bottle
costs but a few cents, and K it fails
to give easv relief ia every ease of
liver sluggishness aird constipation,
you have only to ask for your mon
ey back.
Dodson’s Liver Tone is a pleas
ant-tcst!ng. c , purely vegetable rem
edy, harmless to both children and
adults. Take* a spoonful at night
and wake up feelica fine; no bilious
ness, sick hendache t acid stomach or
constipated bowels. -It doesn’t fcrip.*
or cause inconvenience all the next
day 'like violent calomel. Take a
dose of calomel today and tomor
row you will feel weak, aick and
nauseated. Don’t !o#e a day’s work!
Take Dodson’s Liver Toae Instead
and fee! fine, fnll of vigor and am
bition.
Mother! Your child isn’t natur
ally cross and peevish. See ft ton
gue is coated; this is a sure sign its
little stomach,, liver and bowels
need a cleansing at once.
When listless, pale, feverish, full
S f cold, breath bad, throat spr\

has stomach-ache, diarrhoea, re

cleansing should always be the first
treatment gix'en.
Nothing equals "California Syrup
of Figs" for children’s ills: give i
teaspoonful, and in a few hours all
the foul waste, sour bile and fer
menting food which is clogged ifl
the bowels passes out of the system,
and you have a well and playful
child again. All children love this
harmless, delicious “fruit laxative,"
and it never fails to effect a good
"inside” cleansing. Directions for
babies, children of all ages and
grown-ups are plainly on the hot-
fie.
Keep it handy in your home. A
little given today saves a sick child .
tomorrow, but get the genuine. Ask
your druggist for a bottle of ‘‘Cali

and see that it Is made by the Cali
