HKltFA t HHISTM \S TltF.K Smoaks. Jan 2.- One of, the most c-njoyahlt* affairs so far during the holidays took play* at the Perea school house on Tuesday Decembei 26 The faculty of the school. Prof. i. C. Snioak. assisted by some of the folks of the community, had a beau tiful Christmas tree placed in the school building, both beautifully and appropriately decorated for the oc casion. The kind folks of that sec tion gathered in the afternoon at the school building and put many valuable presents there. At least four hundred people witnessed this beautiful Christina tree and heard ao elegant oration given by Miss Mary Myers. After the address by Miss Myers the presents were given out to those who had prepared them for fhe occasion, and about t o'clock in the afternoon returned home after an evening of Joy and 'Port. J. Cr MAKE IT EASIER TO RENT THAT HOUSE 7\ ‘is it wired for Electricity?” This is one of the first questions asked by the vast majority of prospec tive tenants. How will you answer it? If you can say "yes” the house will already be half rented, for, of ail modern improvements Electricity is recognized as the first and greatest. Arrange to have your property all put on the *‘W ired for Electricity” list. The increased rental will quickly pay for this small investment. Many real estate men so appreciate the value ot Electric Sendee that they do not attempt to rent or sell a house without first wiring it for Electricity. See that YOUR property has Electric Service before the renting season is upon you. I will be glad to estimate on wiring one or more of your houses the RIGHT way free of cost to you. I. O.
