eembly of the State of South Caro-

shops shall pay into the county treas
ury of Colleton county the sum of
fifteen dollars as a license which
they shall procure from the Clerk of
Court of said county before Hie\
shall be authorized or permitted to
do the business of repairing altto-
xnobiles in said county, and said sum
shall be used on the public high
ways cf the county. \
Sec. Automobile Tax.—That
the sum of twenty-five' Cents per
horse power Is hereby levKhl upon
all owners of motor vehicles m Col
